Rebecca Wessman has over 20 years of Document Control and Records Management experience, 15 in Nuclear. She has held the position of Document Control and Records Management Supervisor at Xcel Energy - Monticello for 11 years. Rebecca has been an active member of NIRMA since 2004 and is currently serving as President. She was also an active participant in the Records and Information Management Business Unit (RIMBU) from 2005 until 2009. 

Rich Giska

Configuration Management Leader - NIRMA 

Rich Giska has over 40 years experience in the energy industry, involving nuclear power, oil & gas and renewable power generation. A NIRMA member for over 30 years, Rich has contributed to EPRI Guidance documents on CM, Plant Information Model (PIM) and Information Handover strategies for new nuclear projects.
